-Summer School
Chinook's Edge School Division is proud to offer Summer School programming in three communities, making it convenient for students to take courses for credit. Summer School is available in Innisfail, Sylvan Lake and Olds. Students work under the guidance and supervision of teachers who provide assistance when needed. Because the semester is extremely condensed, students must be available each weekday throughout the month of July.
Great news! Chinook's Edge is now moving forward with plans to offer Summer School 2024 with the following conditions in place:

July 2-26, 2024, 8:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. Monday to Friday (daily availability during these hours is required).
Grade 10 & 11 core courses, Grade 12 non-diploma courses, CALM, Psychology, Forensic Science, and some CTS courses.
July 3, 2024 12:00pm registrations will shut off
High school students (up to 19 years old), and students who will enter grade 10 in September.

No fees for CESD students.
$40.00 / course for non-CESD students.
Approximately 6-8 hours.
