Key Roles

Sandi is a Learning Services Coordinator with the Learning Services Department, which focuses on curriculum, assessment and instruction within Chinook's Edge. Learning Services supports teachers through mentorship, professional learning communities, learning support teams, technology for learning, distance learning, health and wellness and career connections.

Sandi just completed her 21st year of teaching. She earned her Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Manitoba, and a Master of Education in Educational Technology from the University of Southern Queensland. Sandi has taught every grade K-12 and almost every single subject at least twice.

Sandi loves playing board games, breaking out of Escape Rooms, turning people to the light side in Mathematics, and, of course, spending time with family and friends.
